Post Covid Policies
It is now a Government requirement that all customers wear face coverings when inside the salon. I will not be providing any face masks for customer’s so it is necessary that you bring one for your appointment.
I operate on a one in and one out system and this will continue. Please arrive on time for your appointment and not sooner as I want to avoid any overlaps. If you have arrived and are unsure whether or not to come into the salon, please send a text and let me know you have arrived.
Upon arrival I ask that you please use the facilities to wash your hands and make use of the hand sanitiser available.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Please arrive on your own to your appointment as we cannot have any guests waiting whilst your hair is being done.
Children – I would advise children to not attend, unless they have an appointment also. I understand childcare is difficult, however please arrange prior to your scheduled appointment.
I ask that appointments be re-arranged if you are feeling unwell, showing a temperature, have developed a new cough or are showing other COVID 19 symptoms or if you are self-isolating. I also ask that appointments be rearranged if members of your household are unwell or are self-isolating or if you have been around anyone in the past 14 days who has since tested positive for Covid-19.
I will still be accepting cash payments however, card payments or transfers are preferred.
REFRESHMENTS AND MAGAZINES
At the moment I will not be providing drinks or magazines. Please feel free to bring your own and they are to be taken with you when you leave.
Gaps in between each customer will be longer to ensure enough time to disinfect and sterilize equipment and for PPE to be changed. Customer’s need to wear face coverings.
Face masks will be available to buy for £1.50
Please expect your appointment may take a little longer than what you are used to whilst extra procedures are in place. Thank you for your understanding, for your patience in this crazy time and as ever, for your continued support.
